Where should I report a maintenance issue?
Use the community maintenance request for common-area repairs. If your concern is inside a rental home, use the rental resident portal instead.
Do I need approval before an exterior change?
Many associations require written approval before exterior work begins. Review Architectural Control first so you can follow the required process.
