“Account access denied” error?Your account may be more than 90 days past due and in collections.
If you received a collection notice from an attorney, you must contact the attorney named in that notice to ask questions and pay your account. The legal engagement letter does not allow management to interfere by answering questions or providing accounting data.
Your account will be unlocked within 2 business days after cleared payment brings the balance to zero.Payment policy and returned-payment fees
All payments are subject to our Returned Payment and Chargeback Policy. Any payment returned or dishonored may be assessed the fees permitted under Florida Statutes §68.065, including applicable bank charges and statutory service fees based on the payment amount. By submitting payment, you confirm that the transaction is valid and authorized. If you initiate a chargeback despite a valid authorized transaction, and the dispute does not result from a legitimate billing or processing error, you agree to pay a $50 administrative fee as liquidated damages for the costs incurred in reviewing and responding to the dispute, where permitted by law. The original amount due remains payable.
