(10 Buildings, 6 units each). Our community is professionally managed by myHomeSpot.com intending to protect our property value and allow our neighbors to enjoy quiet, beach side living.
Your community, Townhomes III, is a “sub-association” of Lost Key Golf & Beach Club (the master association). So you are a member of 2 associations and are obligated to the payment to the different associations.
