Stonebrook Village is a gated, golf course community located in the Western Florida Panhandle in Pace, Florida and established in 1989. Our community is conveniently located to be only a short driving distance to historic Pensacola. Close by are the beautiful sugar sand beaches and emerald waters of Pensacola Beach. The community is made up a combination of homes that range from patio style to stately homes on its 615 homesites. Our neighborhood is built around an 18 hole golf course that meanders through the community. The privately owned golf course includes a clubhouse and grill that is open to the residents. The golf-cart lifestyle, like many other aspects of this community, is fully embraced by the children in young families just as much as their parents and the retirees living here. Additionally, community spirit is high and there are lots of communal activities for the taking. The 4th of July parade, Christmas Decoration Competition, Halloween Decoration Competition, and other special events are all community favorites. Amenities include tennis/pickle ball courts and a pool for the enjoyment of our residents. We also are fortunate to have great schools in our county. The place we call home welcomes people of all ages to become a resident of the community we love, Stonebrook Village. We are managed by the Stonebrook HOA Board and are assisted by myHomeSpot.com.
