Marcus Pointe Golf Assessment Disclosure
Marcus Pointe HOA owners are subject to an annual $120 Golf Course Maintenance and Replacement Assessment related to Marcus Pointe Golf Club . This base assessment includes a limited benefit, allowing the owner to receive a Guest Fee Card for three complimentary guest-fee rounds of golf , including cart cost.
Owners who want the expanded benefit may upgrade by purchasing the $240 Resident Card directly from Marcus Pointe Golf Club.
Payments should be made directly to Marcus Pointe Golf Club , not to the HOA or management company.
The Resident Card may be used only by the owner for eligible golf course expenses, including guest fees, cart rentals, food and beverage, pro shop merchandise, and range balls. Resident Cards and Guest Fee Cards must be presented during the applicable annual redemption period and expire on April 30 of the following year . Closing Agents will need to contact the Golf Club for an estoppel on this required fee.
