UPDATE: All fences must be approved by the ACB prior to installation. Any wood fence shall be constructed of pressure treated wood using 6′ pickets within the property boundary lines that align with existing fence of adjoining lot in the front, pickets shall face outward toward the street except on the side lot line of interior lots (corner lots shall face their side lot line pickets outward), all fencing must have the approved clear or approved semi-transparent sealant applied within 45 days of installation. (BEHR Premium Stain T-170-172, 112, 104, 129 or Semi-transparent ST-153,147,141, 140, 152, 158). Any fence constructed on or over a drainage easement must not impede the flow of water and may be required to be removed upon written demand at owner’s expense (we do not recommend fencing over any easements). Abernathy residents CCR 3.6 require the finished side (pickets) of the fence to face outward to the adjoining lot.
