Role-specific guidance

Choose the right resident channel

Using the right channel helps urgent issues receive urgent attention and keeps routine requests documented.

Important: Call 911 for fire, crime, medical danger, gas odor, or another immediate threat to life or safety. The myHomeSpot emergency line is for urgent property maintenance after hours.

Use the portal for your account

Open the resident portal for lease documents, payments, account details, messages, and routine resident services.

Document maintenance clearly

Describe the problem, location, when it began, access instructions, and any steps already taken. Add photos when the system allows.

Separate emergencies from routine work

Call the emergency line for urgent property threats. Use the normal portal process for routine or cosmetic items.
