Welcome to the Stonebrook Village Homeowner’s Association (Gate House: 3395 Cobblestone Dr) in Pace, FL 32571. We are a golf course community with private roads and 24hr attended gated entrance. Below are reminders for the safety and security for our residents and community.
POOL/TENNIS COURTS: The pool and tennis courts are for the use of residents and their
accompanied guests. There is no lifeguard on duty. Pets are prohibited in the pool area.
Also, smoking, drinking alcohol, and glass of any sort is not permitted. Residents must
accompany guests and children under 16 at all times. Please do not let anyone in the pool or
tennis courts without a key. Pool hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tennis Court hours are from
6 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
GOLF COURSE: The Golf Course is a private business reserved for the use of golfers who
have registered through the Club house. No walking, bicycling, fishing, dog walking on the
golf course from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
PRIVATELY OWNED GOLF CARTS: Private Golf carts are permitted on our roads but
operated in compliance with Florida Law and under the positive control of person of a least 18 years of age, or a licensed driver.
TRASH CANS: All garbage and trash containers when not being placed for collection on
designated days, shall not be visible from the street. Yard waste shall be bagged or tied up and placed on the side of the road and not in the road at any time, on the day of collection. Bring trash cans in no later than the morning following pick up. Please refer to the ECUA website for yard waste collection schedule. www.ecua.fl.gov. 850-476-0480.
YARDS: Please keep your yard mowed and trimmed at all times, to include the
trimming of grass growing over the curbs. Remove grasses that grow on the driveway, curb, and street . Mildew remains to be a problem in our area. Please see that all mailboxes, curbs,
driveways, (houses) etc. get power washed as needed.
VEHICLE DECALS: The Decal policy can be found under “Official Records” tab at the top of this page.
VISITORS: If you plan on having visitors after 10 p.m., please contact the guard with their
information. Calls to the homeowner will be made unless the guard has been previously
notified. Your overnight house-guests can obtain a pass when registering at the guard house.
We have a lot of different types of moving transportation sharing our streets. Please adhere to the speed limits and Stop signs at intersections. The goal is to have 100% of our residents and visitors make it home safely each and every day!

2017 Assessment: $710/yr ($535 operating/$175* reserve)
