Community Association Manager

The Position

We are seeking a responsible, reliable, real estate professional with  excellent communication and organization skills that will be dedicated to providing our clients and tenants with the highest level of customer service possible and uphold our above mission.  Most of our rental managers have a formal college education or can demonstrate strong training in the real estate industry.  A Florida Community Association Manager license required.

The Opportunity

Each agent is given a portfolio of between 12-18 community associations to manage at any given time. You will handle all administrative functions, inspect the property to assure its quality care and appearance and enforce its covenants.  You will schedule and attend all meetings, prepare agendas, the minutes and maintain the official records.  You will assist residents with their needs and concerns.

Your Credentials

The following should describe you:

  • Current Florida CAM License
  • Prior experience in single or multifamily communities
  • Motivation to work in a competitive environment
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for property visits.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products
  • Basic Accounting Skills
  • High School Graduate with some secondary education
  • Crime and Drug Free background
