If you receive this 3 Day Notice and you are not able to pay, you should contact our office immediately to arrange for delivery of possession, instead of payment.  If our owner will agree, you can sign an "Acknowledgement of Default and Release of Possession" contract that will avoid this legal action conditioned that you immediately vacate the property and then leave the property in a clean condition.  However, understand that you are held financially responsible as per the default terms of the lease.
