Administration of the lease is foremost for our staff, from collecting rent when it is due, to making sure the care and maintenance standards are upheld. Our tenant management services designate us as the primary lease contact and we will provide a 24hr maintenance hotline for our residents, handle posting notices, make collection calls, prepare monthly financial accounting reports and more.
Premise Management Details:
Protecting your property is our highest priority above all. To accomplish this goal we a have Quality Assurance Team that will process all maintenance requests and conduct routine site inspections. This team is constantly recruiting, screening and negotiating with service providers to bring you affordable, dependable and quality service. Each property is inspected using a standardized checklist and photographed during the inspection appointment. These inspections are sent to you via email and also posted to the Inspection Module of the Client Center. When you log-in as a client, you can click and view every inspection performed or order a new inspection report. |
| What Does It Cost? |
At myHomeSpot.com we offer a “percentage of income” pricing structure. Using this structure you never have to pay in advance and you pay the percentage according to the actual rent collected into your account.
Percentage rates vary from 8-12% (minimum fee of $50) depending on the rental amount, location of property, age and condition of the property.
After all, managing a 30yr old property 20 miles from our office that only rents for $500 is much different than renting a property close to our location that is 2 years old for $1300 a month. We don’t compromise on the level of service offered – you will always get our Guaranteed Performance standards.
