On July 6, 2009 Linda Szulczewski and Darryl Long will meet with Attorney Susan Blankenship to seek legal advice on the two retention ponds.A register letter was sent to Classic Homebuilders on June 17,2009 requesting a response to the incompleted punch list within seven days. On June 29,2009, the Board of Directors did a telephone vote and agreed to pursue legal advice on this matter.You will be kept informed of the progress.-Margie Mills Fitchett

Established in 2001, Creekwood Homeowner's Association consists of 88 lots (86 interior, 2 estates).  
This is a mandatory membership community that is subject to the collection of member assessments.  Common areas include (2) private retention ponds, drainage swales, common area irrigated landscape, a lighted entrance with a guard and sign monuments.
